       มาตรา ๗๗ ในกรณีที่ศาลวางข้อกำหนดให้บิดามารดา ผู้ปกครองหรือบุคคลที่เด็กนั้นอาศัยอยู่ ระวังเด็กนั้นไม่ให้ก่อเหตุร้ายตามความในมาตรา ๗๔ (๒) ถ้าเด็กนั้นก่อเหตุร้ายขึ้นภายในเวลาในข้อกำหนด ศาลมีอำนาจบังคับบิดามารดา ผู้ปกครองหรือบุคคลที่เด็กนั้นอาศัยอยู่ ให้ชำระเงินไม่เกินจำนวนในข้อกำหนดนั้น ภายในเวลาที่ศาลเห็นสมควร ถ้าบิดามารดาผู้ปกครองหรือบุคคลที่เด็กนั้นอาศัยอยู่ไม่ชำระเงิน ศาลจะสั่งให้ยึดทรัพย์สินของบิดามารดาผู้ปกครองหรือบุคคลที่เด็กนั้นอาศัยอยู่ เพื่อใช้เงินที่จะต้องชำระก็ได้

       ในกรณีที่ศาลได้บังคับให้บิดามารดา ผู้ปกครองหรือบุคคลที่เด็กนั้นอาศัยอยู่ชำระเงินตามข้อกำหนดแล้วนั้น ถ้าศาลมิได้เปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขคำสั่งที่ได้วางข้อกำหนดนั้นเป็นอย่างอื่นตามความในมาตรา ๗๔ วรรคท้าย ก็ให้ข้อกำหนดนั้นคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปจนสิ้นเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อกำหนดนั้น

        Section 77. In the case where the court imposes the regulation for the parent, the guardian, or the person with whom the child resides to keep the child under watch to prevent the child from causing disturbance under section 74 (2) if such child causes disturbance within the period of the regulation, the court shall have the power to enforce the parent, the guardian or the person with whom the child resides to make payment not exceeding the amount specified in the regulation within a period as the court sees fit. If the parent, the guardian, or the person with whom the child resides fails to make the payment, the court may order the seizure of the property of the parent, the guardian, or the person with whom the child resides for payment of such amount. 

        In the case where the court has enforced the parent, the guardian, or the person with whom the child resides to make the payment under the regulation if the court has not otherwise modified the order imposing such regulation under the last paragraph of section 74, such regulation shall continue to be in force until the expiration of the period of time specified in the regulation.
