       มาตรา ๑๒๓ ผู้ใดกระทำการใดๆ เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อความเอกสารหรือสิ่งใดๆ อันปกปิดไว้เป็นความลับสำหรับความปลอดภัยของประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี

          Section 123. Any person who commits any act to obtain any information, document, or thing which is kept confidential for national safety shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.
