        มาตรา ๑๓๑ ผู้ใดทำร้ายร่างกาย หรือประทุษร้ายต่อเสรีภาพของผู้แทนรัฐต่างประเทศ ซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำนัก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี

        ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน

Unofficial Translation

           Section 131. Any person who causes bodily harm to, or commits an act of violence against the liberty of a foreign representative accredited to the Royal Court shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. 

          Any person who attempts to commit such an act shall be liable to the same punishment.
