       มาตรา ๓๒ ทรัพย์สินใดที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้ว่า ผู้ใดทำหรือมีไว้เป็นความผิด ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่าเป็นของผู้กระทำความผิด และมีผู้ถูกลงโทษตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่

  Section 32. Any property of which the production or possession is an offense as provided by law shall be forfeited, irrespective of whether or not it belongs to the offender or there is a person convicted by the judgment.
