        มาตรา ๓๔๑*  ผู้ใดโดยทุจริต หลอกลวงผู้อื่นด้วยการแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ หรือปกปิดข้อความจริงซึ่งควรบอกให้แจ้ง และโดยการหลอกลวงดังว่านั้นได้ไปซึ่งทรัพย์สินจากผู้ถูกหลอกลวงหรือบุคคลที่สาม หรือทำให้ผู้ถูกหลอกลวงหรือบุคคลที่สาม ทำ ถอน หรือทำลายเอกสารสิทธิ ผู้นั้นกระทำความผิดฐานฉ้อโกง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

         Section 341. Any person who dishonestly swindles another by making any false statement or concealing any fact that should be revealed, and thereby obtains property from the swindled person or any third party, or thereby causes the swindled person or any third party to execute, remove, or destroy any document of rights, is said to commit an offense of defrauding and shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht or to both.
