       มาตรา ๓๕ ทรัพย์สินซึ่งศาลพิพากษาให้ริบให้ตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน แต่ศาลจะพิพากษาให้ทำให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นใช้ไม่ได้หรือทำลายทรัพย์สินนั้นเสียก็ได้

Unofficial Translation

   Section 35. Property subject to forfeiture by a court’s judgment shall vest in the State, but the court may issue a judgment for such property to be rendered useless or to be destroyed.
