               มาตรา ๔ ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดในราชอาณาจักร ต้องรับโทษตามกฎหมาย

              การกระทำความผิดในเรือไทยหรืออากาศยานไทย ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ ณ ที่ใด ให้ถือว่ากระทำความผิดในราชอาณาจักร

              Section 4. Any person who commits an offense within the Kingdom shall be punished according to law.

              The commission of an offence on board a Thai ship or aircraft wherever it may be, shall be deemed to be committed within the Kingdom.
