       มาตรา ๓๗๘*  ผู้ใดเสพย์สุราหรือของเมาอย่างอื่น จนเป็นเหตุให้ตนเมา ประพฤติวุ่นวายหรือครองสติไม่ได้ขณะอยู่ในถนนสาธารณะ หรือสาธารณสถาน ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

         Section 378. Any person who consumes liquor or other intoxicating substances resulting in intoxication, unruly behavior or inability to control himself or herself while he or she is in any public road or place shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
