       มาตรา ๓๘๓*  ผู้ใดเมื่อเกิดเพลิงไหม้หรือสาธารณภัยอื่น และเจ้าพนักงานเรียกให้ช่วยระงับ ถ้าผู้นั้นสามารถช่วยได้แต่ไม่ช่วย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Unofficial Translation

         Section 383. Any person who, in case of a fire or any other public danger and when required by a competent official to render assistance in suppressing it, does not render such assistance when he or she can do so, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht or both.
