        มาตรา ๓๙๕*  ผู้ใดควบคุมสัตว์ใด ๆ ปล่อยปละละเลยให้สัตว์นั้นเข้าในสวน ไร่หรือนาของผู้อื่นที่ได้แต่งดินไว้ เพาะพันธุ์ไว้ หรือมีพืชพันธุ์หรือผลิตผลอยู่ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

      Section 395. Any person who negligently allows any animal under his or her control to enter the plantation, field, or paddy land of any other person, which has been prepared, under cultivation, covered with crop, or containing produce shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
