       มาตรา ๔๓ การฟ้องขอให้กักกันเป็นอำนาจของพนักงานอัยการโดยเฉพาะ และจะขอรวมกันไปในฟ้องคดีอันเป็นมูลให้เกิดอำนาจฟ้องขอให้กักกันหรือจะฟ้องภายหลังก็ได้

        Section 43. A prosecution for protective custody shall be the exclusive power of a public prosecutor and may be made together with the prosecution of the case which forms the basis for prosecution for protective custody or may be made afterward.
