       มาตรา ๖ ความผิดใดที่ได้กระทำในราชอาณาจักรหรือที่ประมวลกฎหมายนี้ถือว่าได้กระทำในราชอาณาจักร แม้การกระทำของผู้เป็นตัวการด้วยกัน ของผู้สนับสนุน หรือของผู้ใช้ให้กระทำความผิดนั้นจะได้กระทำนอกราชอาณาจักร ก็ให้ถือว่าตัวการ ผู้สนับสนุน หรือผู้ใช้ให้กระทำได้กระทำในราชอาณาจักร

    Section 6. Concerning any offense which is committed within the Kingdom or is deemed by this Code to be committed within the Kingdom, even though the act of a coprincipal, accomplice, or instigator of the offense is committed outside the Kingdom, such principal, accomplice, or instigator shall be deemed to commit such act within the Kingdom.
