       มาตรา ๕๗ เมื่อความปรากฏแก่ศาลเอง หรือความปรากฏตามคำแถลงของพนักงานอัยการหรือเจ้าพนักงานว่า ผู้กระทำความผิดไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขดังที่ศาลกำหนดตาม มาตรา ๕๖ ศาลอาจตักเตือนผู้กระทำความผิด หรือจะกำหนดการลงโทษที่ยังไม่ได้กำหนดหรือลงโทษซึ่งรอไว้นั้นก็ได้

        Section 57. When it appears to the court itself or from the statement of a public prosecutor or a competent official that the offender fails to comply with the condition determined by the court under section 56, the court may warn the offender or determine any punishment that has not been determined on account of suspension or execute the suspended punishment.
