       มาตรา ๗๐ ผู้ใดกระทำตามคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงาน แม้คำสั่งนั้นจะมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ถ้าผู้กระทำมีหน้าที่หรือเชื่อโดยสุจริตว่ามีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม ผู้นั้นไม่ต้องรับโทษ เว้นแต่จะรู้ว่าคำสั่งนั้นเป็นคำสั่งซึ่งมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

Unofficial Translation

          Section 70. Any person who commits an act according to a competent official’s order, even unlawful, shall if he or she has the duty or believes in good faith that he or she has to comply with such order, not be liable to punishment unless he or she was aware that the order is unlawful.
